HOLIDAY AND GYM CLOSURES
Victory is closed on Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Day, and Easter Sunday.

Victory is closed for classes during the following weeks:
WINTER BREAK: We will follow the Etowah County closure dates.
SUMMER BREAK: The week of July 4th

*Classes mixed due to scheduled gym closures will not be pro-rated or made up.

iclassPro account:
All athletes must have a current iclassPro account and card for monthly payments. All waivers will need to be signed before their first class.

Absences:
No makeup tokens will be given to school teams between August and May.

Makeup tokens will be provided in June and July ONLY for absences approved by your coach.

If a squad misses a tumble class due to weather, unplanned gym closures, etc., the coach must schedule an entire team makeup class.

Open Gym:
Athletes can attend the open gym class on Mondays or Tuesdays at 7:00 pm for a discounted rate of $5.00.

Dropping a class:
Per the gym policy, the parent must submit a drop form by the 15th of the month. If you do not submit a drop form before the 15th, your drop date will be the 30th of the following month.
