Junior Coach Program

Victory Cheer & Tumble recognizes the positive impact that young leaders can have on our athletes, our gym, and our community. We are committed to developing confident, responsible leaders by investing in the growth of the youth involved in our programs.

Our Junior Coach Program is an ongoing opportunity for athletes who are passionate about cheerleading, tumbling, and mentoring younger athletes. Applications are accepted year-round, and Junior Coaches are selected based on current staffing needs, availability, experience, and readiness to lead.

Many of our current coaches began their journey as Junior Coaches and have grown into knowledgeable, confident leaders. This program is designed to provide hands-on coaching experience while teaching the skills and professionalism needed to succeed both inside and outside the gym.

As a Junior Coach, participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist coaches during classes, camps, clinics, and special events
  • Learn proper class management and coaching techniques
  • Build confidence while working with athletes of all ages
  • Develop leadership and communication skills
  • Gain experience in planning, organization, and teamwork
  • Learn professionalism, responsibility, and time management

At Victory Cheer & Tumble, we believe in developing more than great athletes—we’re developing future leaders. Whether your goal is to become a coach, mentor younger athletes, or simply grow as a leader, our Junior Coach Program is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a positive and supportive environment.
