Junior Coach

Junior Coach Program

Victory Cheer & Tumble recognizes the impact that youth can have on our communities and as such are invested in the growth and development of the youth that are involved in our programs! Junior Coach program is a 12-month program that is built to channel youth energy in a positive way, but also prepares the next generation of leadership in the workforce and in our communities.

This program will be an important component in what makes Victory Cheer and Tumble so special. When you look at our current staff and coaches, many of them began as junior coaches and have grown and evolved into strong leaders themselves. Our main goals are to provide participants with a positive coaching experience, ongoing learning, and the skills and education for them to continue on in coaching and into the future. We are striving to develop more than athletes; we are developing people.

With this program, we believe it will give athletes a chance to further their talent in the sport and have them grow as amazing young adults. Skills athletes will gain include: Leadership skills, Communication Skills, Time-Management skills, and Organizational skills (planning practices).
