We’re now offering pickup from Glencoe and Hokes Bluff Elementary Schools — with flexible pricing options to fit your schedule:
1 day – $20
3 days – $45
5 days – $65
*one-time $10 registration fee (paid through Brightwheel)

We currently provide pickup service from the following schools:
Our After School Care program runs from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
A typical afternoon includes:
Arrival & Check-In – Students are greeted and settled in.
Snack Time – Each athlete receives one snack.
Homework/Quiet Time – Dedicated time for students to complete homework or read.
Structured Activities – Games, tumbling, ninja, or enrichment activities led by staff. (Tumbling and Ninja are available at an additional cost.)
Wrap-Up & Dismissal – Students prepare for pickup by parents/guardians.
Each athlete will receive one daily snack. Families are welcome to send additional snacks from home or provide money for the concession stand if desired.
For the health and safety of all children and staff:
Please keep your child home if they are sick, have a fever, or show contagious symptoms.
If your child will not attend After School Care on a scheduled day, please notify us in advance through Brightwheel.
All program fees are non-refundable. Cancellations do not result in credits or refunds.
All parent communication is handled through the Brightwheel portal, where you will receive updates, reminders, and important announcements.
