POSITIONS

SUBSTITUTE PRESCHOOL TEACHER

The Preschool Substitute Teacher will provide temporary coverage in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. The role involves delivering planned lessons, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and supporting the developmental needs of young children! A background check and reference check is required.

GYMNASTICS COACH

We’re expanding our gymnastics program and looking for a passionate coach with experience on bars, beam, floor, and vault. Help us grow from in-house meets to competitive opportunities! If you’re energetic, knowledgeable, and love working with kids, we’d love to hear from you.

TUMBLING CHEER COACH

Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. Experience with coaching tumbling or cheerleading not necessary but must be passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their life.

ALL STAR/SESSION CHEER COACH

Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. Experience coaching tumbling/gymnastics or cheerleading IS necessary. Must also be passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their life.

SUBSTITUTE COACH

The Substitute Tumbling Coach will temporarily step in for the regular tumbling coach to lead classes and maintain the high standards of the tumbling program. This role involves instructing athletes of various skill levels, ensuring safety during training, and promoting a positive and motivating environment. The Substitute Tumbling Coach will follow the existing curriculum and practice plans while providing a seamless experience for the athletes.

CONCESSION STAND WORKER

Must love interacting with people and comfortable speaking with children and adults. Must have good time management skills and a love for origination. Must be available in the evenings and some weekends.

FRONT DESK

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and quick-learning team member to join us! The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with families and answering phones, able to multitask and learn quickly, and available during evenings and select weekends. If you’re outgoing and great with people, we’d love to hear from you!

SUMMER CAMP COUNSELOR (SEASONAL)

Join the Victory Cheer and Tumble team as a Summer Camp Counselor! You’ll supervise campers, lead fun-filled recreational and cheer activities, and foster a positive, safe environment. Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, enjoy working with children, and have excellent teamwork skills. This seasonal position requires attendance at orientation in May 2026, with camp sessions running June 1 – July 31, 2026.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR

Provide attentive supervision and engaging activities for students enrolled in Victory Cheer and Tumble’s after-school program. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, structured, and positive environment, assisting with homework, leading recreational activities, and ensuring student well-being. Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and passionate about working with children.

BUS DRIVER

Safely transport Victory Cheer and Tumble students between school, our facility, and special events. Duties include ensuring timely arrival and departure, enforcing safety rules, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and performing daily safety inspections. Ideal candidates are responsible, punctual, and enjoy interacting positively with children and families. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

WEEKEND BIRTHDAY PARTY HOST

We are looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to join our Weekend Birthday Party Team! If you love working with kids and know how to keep a party fun, engaging, and organized, this is the perfect role for you. As a birthday party host, you’ll greet families, lead games and obstacle courses, assist with cake and gift time, and make sure the party runs smoothly from start to finish. Shifts are typically 4–6 hours on Saturdays, with occasional Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons depending on bookings.
