Registration & Payments

How do I register for an event?

You can register directly through our Upcoming Events page. Each event has its own registration form.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online registration system.

Is there a registration deadline?

Yes, each event has its own registration deadline, typically a few days before the event date. Please check the specific event details for exact deadlines.

What is your refund policy?

All event registrations are non-refundable. Please ensure your availability before registering.

What to Wear & Bring

What should my child wear to the event?

Comfortable athletic wear is recommended. For themed camps or clinics, additional attire details will be included in the event description.

Should we bring anything?

Participants should bring a water bottle labeled with their name. For longer events, a snack or lunch may be required—details will be shared in the event info.

Ages & Participation

What age groups are the events designed for?

Our events cater to various age groups, from toddlers to teens. Each event listing specifies the appropriate age range.

Can parents stay and watch?

Yes, parents are welcome to stay and observe during events. We offer comfortable seating areas with free Wi-Fi. However, parents are not permitted on the mats unless specifically stated in the event description. This helps ensure the safety of all participants and maintains a focused environment.

If your child is not potty trained, a parent or guardian is required to remain onsite at all times. Our staff does not assist with restroom visits or diaper changing.

Is parking available?

Yes, we have a spacious gravel parking lot with handicap-accessible spaces.

Waivers & Policies

Do I need to complete a waiver?

Yes, all participants must have a completed waiver on file. You can fill it out online through your iClass Pro Account.

What is the policy on late arrivals?

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the event start time. Late arrivals may miss important instructions or warm-ups.
