Financial Policies:
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Tuition is auto drafted through iClass our class management software. Tuition runs June 2025 through April 2026. (full year teams only) In addition to tuition I will pay assessments based on my selected plan.
I understand that a late fee of $35 will be added if not paid on the 15th of each month. Excessive tardiness in payments will be ground for my child not competing, and possible dismissal from the program.
I understand that my uniform is a separate cost and is due no later than July 31st. Our uniforms are on a 2 year cycle. All athletes except novice will need a NEW uniform this year. Returning athletes on Tiny Novice do not need a uniform.
I understand shoes are not included with my uniform. I can order any all BLACK cheer shoes for prep and elite teams. Full year Novice will wear white shoes.
I also understand and agree that as a parent signing this contract; I am solely responsible for the tuition, travel expenses, uniform and assessments as outlined in this packet.
I understand that all Assessments and tuition are Non Refundable.
I understand and agree to allow Victory to charge my iClass Pro Account.
All Families – An active payment method must be on file at all times. If you choose to pay with cash, payment must be made before the due date; otherwise, the card on file will be automatically charged. No exceptions.
Statement of Understanding:
I, the undersigned hereby certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child listed above.
The athlete desires to participate in Victory All Star Cheerleading for the 2025-2026 season, beginning May 12, 2025 and ending April 30, 2026. This team agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the athlete may participate in the Victory All Star 2025-2026 Competitive Cheerleading Season.
Responsibilities of the Parent/Legal Guardian and Athlete:
Athletes hereby agree to attend all practices, competitions, and mandatory events. I understand and recognize the importance of attending all scheduled practices and team events. I understand that accepting a position at Victory entails a commitment to the gym and fellow team members. While exceptions can be granted for special activities, I understand the importance of having each team member present for all practices. Competitions and performances are mandatory, and I will be responsible for ensuring my participation in all team events.
Parents and/or legal guardians hereby agree to the attendance policy as outlined above. I understand that it is my responsibility to provide adequate contact information so I may stay informed about upcoming events and practices. I understand that it is my responsibility to provide the required uniform items for every competition. It is my responsibility to pay all fees by the first day and/or 15th of each month or another predetermined deadline in order for my child to participate. I understand that if I fail to make the necessary payments by each deadline, the said athlete will be withheld from participation.
I understand the importance of the following items and that my child's participation is that of a team and not an individual. All items listed below will positively impact the team when completed.:
1. The athlete will arrive on time and attend ALL practices, team events, and competitions.
2. I am expected to assume financial responsibility for the required items (shoes, additional uniform items, assessments, tuition, etc.) I understand that cheer uniforms and shoes are not included in the tuition or assessments and must be paid separately. Additional items may be required throughout the year due to sizing changes, loss, and wear-and-tear. I understand that if any items are lost or damaged, I am financially responsible for the replacement of those items.
3. I understand the team fees as listed below:
Elite Teams:
Monthly All Star Cheer tuition is due on the 1st of the month for the 2025-2026 competitive season. I also owe assessments on the 15th of the month. Uniforms will be due July 31st. Returning athletes on Tiny Novice do not need a new uniform.
Prep Team:
Monthly All Star Cheer tuition is due on the 1st of the month for the 2025-2026 competitive season. I also owe assessments on the 15th of the month. Uniforms will be due by July 31st. Returning athletes who already have a uniform from a tiny novice that fits and is in good condition will not need to purchase a new uniform this season.
Full-Season Novice Teams:

I understand that choreography, music, and logos are the intellectual property of Victory. Unauthorized use for individual repurposing (apparel, mom shirts, athlete spirit gifts, etc.) is not legal without the written permission of the Victory owner.
