Birthday Party Rules*

PARENTS, PLEASE READ ALL RULES

Failure to abide by any of the rules or policies above will result in a fine. Damage to the facility or equipment will result in a fine. The fine price will be at the discretion of the owner.

General Rules
A waiver and a wristband/stamp is required for all guest who enter the mat zone.
Please keep upstairs mats in the room and downstairs mats in the mat zone.
Everyone who enters the mat zone must remove their shoes and socks.
No running inside the facility or on the stairs.
No gum, food or drinks allowed inside the mat zone.
No leaning or climbing on the balcony.
Follow pre-arranged party plan to best of ability.
A Participating Guest List is required for all packages.
After the Celebration Portion, athletes are no longer allowed on the Mat Zone.
The Upstairs Multipurpose Room is available for play during the entire party.
For the Basic and Super package, every additional guest is $12.00 extra.
All guests and party decor brought by the party host must be out of the building within 15 minutes of party ending time or a fee will be added of $1.00 for every minute over.

Party Room and Upstairs Rules
Customers or attendees are not permitted to arrive earlier than one hour before the party start time for decoration purposes.
No balloons filled with helium are allowed, unless they are tied down to a weight before entering the building.
No confetti or confetti balloons are permitted in the building.
Tape or command strips are strictly prohibited from being used on the walls or doors.
All party refreshments should remain within the allocated party space or area.
For parties held upstairs, mats and any other objects brought upstairs must remain in that area and not be taken downstairs.
All party favors, as well as decorations, must remain within the assigned party area and not be taken outside of this space.
A fee will be charged if any balloon arches, props, or any other party decor is left.

Foam Pit Rules
Make sure landing area is clear before jumping
Empty pockets of all objects.
No gum, candy, food or drinks in the pit.
Only one athlete at a time.
No socks.
No head-first jumping, diving or gainers.
Do not bury yourself in the foam blocks.
No throwing or picking at the foam.
Keep all foam in the pit.

Power Bounder (Trampoline) Rules
The pit attendant will limit the number of participants on the power bounder if they find it necessary.
Do not affect other participants' bounce in any way while on the power bounder.
Do not bounce, flip, or run in any way that might result in landing on your head or neck.
If you have no prior experience with a skill, do not attempt it on the power bounder.

Arrival
Party Hosts arrive.
Our staff assists in decorating.
Party guests fill out waiver upon arrival and get a wristband/stamp.
Athletes are allowed access to our upstairs multi-purpose room while waiting.
Once everyone has arrived, our staff will lead them to their Party Zone and read over our party rules.

Mat Zone Portion
After the rules are reviewed by the party guests, athletes may enter the Mat Zone with permission of our Pit Attendant.
Athletes are allowed access to the Mat Zone until 30 minutes before the designated party end time.

Celebration Portion
This portion is dedicated to eat and open gifts for the last 30 minutes of the party time
Our staff will be available for any help during this time
Although the Mat Zone will be closed, the athletes are allowed access to the multipurpose room upstairs during this time as well

Departure
All party guests are expected to leave by the designated party end time
Our staff will assist in clean-up or provide full clean-up after the designated party end time
Party hosts are expected to leave by 15 minutes after their designated party end time. Unless it is absolutely necessary to stay past the time limit, a fee will be charged if this rule is broken

During the party, feel free to rely on our Party Leader or Pit Attendant for any questions or assistance!
