By signing this form, I understand that tumbling/stunting and activities have risks, dangers, and hazards, and participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in injury including, but not limited to bodily injury, strains, fractures, and other serious disabilities.

By signing this form, I, and my heirs agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify these classes (Victory Cheer & Tumble) and its instructors from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death or otherwise which may arise out of my use of equipment or my participation.

By signing this form, I understand no medical insurance benefits will be provided during this activity, and I will be responsible for any medical bills that may result from participating.

Class Policies

Payments:
Tuition Payments are due on the 1st of each month and late on the 5th. We do run cards automatically, but you are welcome to pay with cash or check. After the 5th, we will add a $10 late fee each week. All-star assessment payments are run on the 15th of the month, we will add a $10 late fee if it is not paid by the 20th of the month.

Make up Classes:
If a child needs to miss a class for any reason such as vacation, school program, illness, etc., we are happy to provide a make-up class on Friday’s 5-6. We recommend that a child make up the class as soon as possible to ensure continued progression, but we understand that illnesses and busy schedules often dictate your make up opportunities. Athletes are given a period of 30 days in which to make up any missed classes. Please note, if your child is in a class that is only offered once per week, our front desk has a list of recommended classes that would be appropriate for your child to make-up in. Students must be actively enrolled in classes to participate in make-up classes. While it’s helpful for us to know your child will miss in advance, last-minute notifications will not prevent you from make-up eligibility. We understand…people get busy, and we’re here to help make Victory as convenient for you as possible!

Withdrawing from classes:
At Victory, we understand that things happen and you must leave us. We ask that you drop by the 15th of the current month, or you will be charged for the following month.

Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued.
