Welcome to Victory Season 6

As a Victory Athlete, you are expected to uphold The Victory Standard. We are a Christian-based facility committed to providing a safe, respectful, and uplifting atmosphere for athletes and their families.

The Victory Standard*

Victory Athletes must maintain a positive attitude and uplift their teammates at all times. Gossiping, shaming, and any form of drama are not tolerated from athletes or parents. This policy applies in the gym, at competitions, gym-related events, on social media, and while wearing Victory merchandise. Violations may result in immediate removal from the program.

Practice & Attendance Policy*

Athletes are expected to give their best effort at every practice, event, and competition. Consistent effort and dedication are required. Athletes who do not meet these expectations may be removed from routines until their performance improves.

Absences must be approved in advance by your head coach and All Star Directors at least two weeks prior unless accompanied by a valid doctor's note. Only a limited number of absences are allowed. After two unexcused absences, a parent meeting will be scheduled. Tardiness is also unacceptable; continued lateness will require a parent meeting.

Chronic absences may result in an athlete being moved to an alternate position or removed from the team or program. All fees for the season will remain the responsibility of the athlete regardless of removal. A re-choreography fee will be assessed if an athlete is removed and changes are needed.

Illness, Injury, and Competition Absences*

Athletes who experience long-term illness or injury are still responsible for all team fees for the 2026-2027 season. Missing a competition or showcase for any reason will result in a parent meeting and/or possible immediate removal from the program.
Attendance at all showcases and competitions is mandatory. If an athlete quits or relocates, they are still responsible for the full season's fees and any re-choreography costs. Parents/guardians are responsible for arranging all competition travel and accommodations.

Parent Expectations & Conduct*

Parents must refrain from yelling or coaching from the balcony. Disruptive behavior may result in a parent meeting, being asked to wait in the car, or removal from the program. Parents who contribute to drama or create conflict in or around the gym will be dismissed immediately.

Siblings must follow gym rules while attending practices. If they are repeatedly asked to stop running or misbehaving, practices may be closed to that family.

Closed Practices*

For reasons including athlete safety, choreography, or special training events, coaches may designate practices as closed. These closures will be communicated in advance. All tumbling classes will remain open.

Tumbling Outside of Victory*

To support your athlete’s growth and ensure the best possible team experience, we ask that all tumbling instruction take place within our gym. Outside lessons can create confusion and affect the consistency of our training. Because of this, we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding outside tumbling instruction. If this policy is not followed, it will lead to a parent meeting and may result in dismissal from the team and program.

Conflict Resolution & Communication*

All concerns must be addressed directly with the head coach. Please email to request a callback or schedule a meeting. Discussing issues with other parents or athletes instead of the coaching staff violates the Victory Standard. Open and respectful communication is expected from both parents and athletes.

Behavior Expectations Inside & Outside the Gym*

Victory athletes and families represent the program both in and out of the gym. All expectations outlined in this document apply at all times.

Parent Viewing and Accessibility*

Parent seating is located upstairs. If accessible seating is required, please speak with the front desk.

Parental Responsibility for Shared Custody or Billing*

Parents must keep personal matters, including custody or ex-spouse issues, out of the gym. Please coordinate with the front desk to arrange billing to avoid disruptions during the season.

Billing & Payment Policy*

Parents must keep an active card on file through iClassPro. If you prefer not to be auto-charged on the 1st or 15th, payments must be made in advance through the front office. A $35 late fee will be if not paid by the 10th for tuition. If assessments are not paid by the 25th an additional $35 late fee will be added.

Social Media Conduct*

Victory athletes are expected to uphold the program's values online. Social media posts, comments, and shared content must reflect integrity, respect, and positivity. Derogatory language, inappropriate material, or posts that go against the Victory Standard will result in disciplinary action. Athletes are representatives of the program and role models within the community.
