At Victory Cheer & Tumble, our Ninja Warrior program is an action-packed discipline that blends the best of gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement. Designed for energetic kids who love to run, jump, climb, and flip, our classes offer a unique way to build well-rounded athleticism. We focus on developing coordination and power through structured progressions, allowing every athlete to scale new heights and conquer exciting challenges at their own pace. Under the guidance of our experienced coaches, students master a combination of rolls, kicks, and flips while testing their strength on diverse obstacle courses.

Ninja Skill Levels

The White level focuses on introducing the fundamentals of ninja movement. Athletes begin their journey by mastering basic rolls, jumps, and kicks while developing the initial strength and coordination needed to navigate beginner obstacle courses.

In the Light Blue level, athletes build upon their foundations by introducing more complex agility drills and freestyle movements. Students focus on increasing their upper body strength and improving their balance to tackle longer, more challenging obstacles.

The Dark Blue level is designed for athletes ready to master technical ninja sequences. Coaches focus on refining the precision of landings, the power of kicks, and the endurance required to complete advanced obstacle circuits with speed and control.

The Black level represents the pinnacle of our ninja program. Athletes at this stage work on elite-level flips, high-speed obstacle navigation, and complex freestyle combinations, demonstrating a superior level of strength, discipline, and athletic confidence.

Tiny Ninja Class

TINY NINJA CLASS

(Ages 2–3)

Big adventures for our littlest movers! Tiny Ninjas explore movement, strength, and coordination through guided play and mini-obstacle courses. Using the principles of gymnastics and martial arts, we help toddlers develop balance and spatial awareness. It’s a supportive setting where your child can jump, crawl, and build confidence while staying active.

Lil' Ninja Class

LIL' NINJA CLASS

(Ages 3–5)

Perfect for active preschoolers! This class introduces young ninjas to foundational movement and gymnastics in a safe, structured environment. We focus on developing essential motor skills, balance, and body awareness through age-appropriate obstacles. It’s a fun, high-energy way for your child to burn energy while building a strong athletic foundation.

Ninja Class

(Ages 5–12)

Unleash your inner athlete! This high-energy class blends gymnastics, martial arts, and obstacle course training to build explosive power and coordination. Students master flips, rolls, and jumps while navigating challenging courses designed to test their speed and agility. It’s the ultimate way to build physical strength and the mental toughness to conquer any challenge.
