I am fully responsible for the uniform issued to my athlete.
Any loss, damage, or unauthorized alterations to the uniform may result in the athlete being moved to an alternate position or removed from the team and/or program.

Uniform Cost*

I understand the cost of the uniform is as follows:

  • Novice Uniform – $300
  • Prep, Elite, and Senior Uniforms – $425
  • Hip Hop Uniform – $250
Payment Deadline*

I understand that the full uniform payment is due by July 31, 2025.

  • The uniform will not be issued if the balance is not paid in full by this date.
  • The athlete may be moved to an alternate position and may not participate in practices until the balance is paid in full.
  • A $35 late fee will be added to any payment received after July 31, 2025.
Uniform Delivery*

I understand that Victory Cheer and Tumble does not manufacture the uniforms.
 Uniforms are ordered after Commitment Day and Sizing Day.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur and are outside of Victory’s control.
Social Media Conduct*

I agree that the athlete will uphold the Victory Standard and Core Values at all times.

  • Any inappropriate behavior—including posting shaming, vulgar, or derogatory content —may result in the athlete being moved to an alternate position or removed from the team.
