This agreement is made and entered into by and between Victory Cheer and Tumble and the undersigned athlete and parent/guardian.
Purpose:
To protect the integrity, ownership, and exclusive use of the Victory Cheer and Tumble brand, including its name, logo, and team names, this agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which these brand elements may and may not be used.
1. Ownership of Brand Elements
Lexy Humphrey is the sole owner of all rights, titles, and interests in and to the following:
These elements are protected and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form.
2. Prohibited Uses
The Participants agree that they will not, under any circumstances:

Reproduce or replicate the gym logo, gym name, or team logo and/or names on any merchandise or printed materials.

Create or distribute custom or homemade merchandise using the gym’s logo, name, or team names.

Purchase, sell, or distribute outside merchandise that uses the gym’s logo, name, or team names (including but not limited to: clothing, bags, water bottles, bows, or gifts for athletes or coaches).
This applies even if the items are intended as team gifts, for personal use, or to show team spirit.
3. Consequences of Breach
Violation of this agreement will result in immediate dismissal from the program without a refund of any fees paid. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity, reputation, and consistency of the Victory Cheer and Tumble brand.
4. Acknowledgment
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms of this Brand Use Agreement. You understand the importance of respecting Victory’s intellectual property and agree to uphold these standards at all times while participating in the program.
